3. WE LET YOU DROP BARS HERE BUT PLEASE CONTROL YOUR BAR. IF YOUR BAR IS BOUNCING, YOU ARE NOT CONTROLLING IT.

4. RESPECT THE EQUIPMENT (no dropping small weight plates or timber
training plates)

5. DO NOT START YOUR WARM-UP ON THE GYM FLOOR WHEN ANOTHER WOD IS
ROLLING. GO FOR A RUN OUTSIDE OR JUST HANG OUT AND WAIT UNTIL YOUR
SESSION STARTS….

6. ENCOURAGE AND CHEER YOUR FELLOW ATHLETES – BUT PLEASE
LEAVE THE COACHING TO THE COACHING STAFF

7. LOADED BARS ON RACKS NEED TO BE UNLOADED EVENLY. DON’T
UNLOAD ONE SIDE AS IT POSES A SERIOUS SAFETY RISK (it may sound obvious but we’ve seen it happen too many times)

8. WHEN COACH IS ADDRESSING THE GROUP AROUND THE WHITEBOARD PLEASE SHOW RESPECT AND LISTEN (you may miss important information)
